“Dieter’s Tips and Tricks (FAQ)” Is currently being worked on!!!!

  • What are you’re stats?

Height- 5’4”

Highest Weight- 175lb

Lowest/Current Weight- 118.8lb

Next Goal- 115lb

  • How did you lose all that weight?

Calorie counting! I know it sounds stereotypical of a dieter but I promise you I swear by it. Apart from cutting back my calorie intake, I’ve also get smaller portion sizes, go for the healthier option (because they always exist), and set rules for myself and STOOD BY THEM! (I’ll post my own rules further down.)~

  • How quickly did you lose it?

From approximately 165ish to 120, it’s been roughly six months. However, I’ve been very strict on myself and very, very rarely slipped up.~

  • What were some of your favorite exercise routines/or exercises you did that gave you the best results?

Unfortunately, apart from watching what when into my body I didn’t really watch what I did with it. Meaning… I don’t actually have a set work out right now. However, when I want to avoid over eating I’ll leave and go window shopping or play a Wii fitness game. I’ve recently got a job at a local Cheer Gym too, which I’m hoping will help. But soon, very soon, I will be looking for a workout routine and I’ll be sure to fill you in when that happens~

  • So, what do you actually eat?

This is a sample of the kinds of comida I eat. I think the highest calorie containing thing in this photo is the Boca burgers (vegetarian friendly), which are 120. But for those who want to know the calorie count for everything else: Yoplait Yogurt- 100, Sticks and Cheese- 70, Dippin’ Stix Sliced Apples and Yogurt- 90, Yves Meatless Ground- 60, Fiber One bars- 90, Silk Pure Almond- 60, Off Brand Cheerios-  100(per cup), and finally Strawberries Awake- 110(per cup).~

  • Do you believe being a vegetarian helped you lose weight?

Yes, I do. However, I have been a vegetarian over two years now (a choice I made for other reasons than simply weight loss). If anything, it helped my make better decisions to NOT gain weight and helped me to first experience how to say ‘No’ to certain foods… it give me that chance to strengthen myself control. It’s because of this that I think I’ve managed to actually stuck to my weight loss journey.~

  • What are your clothing sizes now in comparison to before?

Before: Pants- 14/15s, Shirts(Girl Sizes)- XL

               Now: Pants- 3/4s, Shirts(Girl Sizes)- S

  • I want to lose ‘x’ number of pounds by ‘y’ number of days. Can you tell me how?

I recommend this site. I used it when I first started my weight loss journey and as long as I stuck to what I punched in it stayed fairly close to my legit weight.
